Due to the diversification of the company activities, a number of societies were created in order to ensure the full satisfaction of Transimont clients and the simplicity of activities carried out in Romania and in EU.
These companies are “governed" by Transimont SRL, which is considered the locomotive of the group.
GFM Srl– is in charge with the administration, maintenance and use of utilities (water, compressed air, sewage, heating)
MagService Srl – a societyspecialized to install and start up various machines and equipment used in metallurgical industry, sleeve and piston assembling, conveyor belts, hydraulic and pneumatic installations, which is mostly active in European countries.
Trapromec Srl– specialized in mechanical and metallurgical design, using the latest software support versions of Autodesk or Solid Edge for designing:
-equipment and machines for drawing mills producing pipes and bars;
-auxiliary equipment used before and after mill stand;
-roller tracks for transport and work process;
-production lines for cold milled belts;
-loading and unloading equipment for ovens;
-cooling tables.
Solutions
Due to the experience gained over the years, as well as to the young management, Transimont Srl offers constructive and quality solutions by combining experience to calculation techniques and therefore succeeding in providing their clients simple, constructive and efficient low price solutions. Their adaptability to the current requests of the market allowed Transimont Srl to be one of the best companies in North-Western Romania, counting on excellent recommendations from their clients.
Production
Production and production activities are based on several machines and equipment, such as:
- 2 FU36 milling machines,
- 1 FUS32 milling machine,
- 1 AFD100 boring mill,
- 1 GC1000 coordinate boring machine
- 3 SPA800x3000 lathes, 1 400x3000 Vesta lathe with CNC Fagor,
- 1 Mecof CS 83 boring mill.
- Their future project regarding metallurgical processes is to purchase a AFP 130 machine with CNC, with the dimensions of 6,000x2,800x1,500 – (work length)
Transimont can also count on:
- 10 MIG-MAG welding machines,
- 1 submerged arc welding machine for sleeves and pistons
- Inverted arc welding machines used for production of hydraulic and pneumatic installations etc.
